JConnector — Documentation

JConnector is a Claude connector for read-only Jira analytics. Connect your Atlassian Jira with one OAuth click and ask Claude for sprint KPIs, bug reports, project rollups and a team-productivity leaderboard.

Requirements

An Atlassian Jira Cloud account you can authorize. JConnector is read-only and never changes your Jira data.

Add it in Claude

Claude → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.

Click Connect, then Authorize Atlassian and approve read-only access.

What you can ask

You can also say "turn that into a dashboard with charts" and Claude will visualize it.

Permissions

Read-only scopes read:jira-work and read:jira-user. To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude and/or revoke it at id.atlassian.com → Connected apps.

Troubleshooting

"Not connected to Jira" — remove and re-add the connector, then click Authorize Atlassian again.
Empty results — you may lack access to that project key; run "List my Jira projects" first and use a key from that list.
Stale data — ask again; the connector fetches live from Jira on every call.
